Supply and fixing of overhead Gantry and cantilever type XI retro Reflective sign plate made out of 3.00 mm thick Aluminum Composite panel faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter and logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of Aluminum sheeting. The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy or powder coating. This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40X40X5 angle iron.

Supply of steel structure in single section for gantry and cantilever sign board. Built up section or frame from M.S. black pipes (medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part-1) 1979 with connection plate and anchor bolts including cutting welding bolting fixing in position and applying primer coat of approver steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, including foundation bolts.
