| 9 | Detailed survey of site with total station/DGPS including contouring, fixing of outer points at sites showing road level, boundary walls, power lines, electric poles, telephone lines,adjacent building with details, other existing structures (temporary or permanent ), sewer lines, septic tank, main plumbing lines, nalahs or drains, rivers, water bodies, wells, water logging areas as may be required depending upon the site conditions and topography of the area. (survey map to be provided in soft copy along with 05 no. hard copies on required size paper).The work also includes following:i) Prepration of L-Section and Cross Section of Roads proposed in Industrial Area.ii) Carrying out survey of plots, blocks, ROW, service land, green belt, dumping yard, open land etc. with Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) instrument including the marking of the corners of the above lands for which demarcation pillars are to be constructed. Contractor will provide computerized drawing and print sets of required size colour print and soft copy in CD along with original download datas. The work includes super imposition of layout plan and khasra map over it & Computation of quantities of earth work in cutting / filling as per direction of engg. in-charge.
