Pre-yatra servicing , over hauling, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of of 10 KVA DG sets at Sheshnag, Panjtarni and Holy Cave , for ensuring uninterrupted and reliable power supply during the entire Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY) 2026. Thorough servicing, testing and commissioning of DG sets under load; operation and comprehensive maintenance during the entire Yatra period including supply of fresh lubricating oil (M-Oil), consumables and routine replacements; and replacement of any major or minor mechanical or electrical component (even alternator) required to keep the Gen- sets fully functional and operational to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, all at no extra cost. The bidder shall, in his own interest, carry out a comprehensive pre-execution survey of all Gen-sets and sites to assess their condition and ascertain all requirements necessary for continuous and trouble-free operation for the entire Yatra duration, and no claim on account of ignorance of site conditions or scope shall be entertained.
