| 1 | Name and scope of work : Offloading of different maintenance and repair work of 100T Dumpers / Converted Water Tankers for a period of Two Year ( 730 days) at OWS Nigahi Project.Scope of Work/Technical Specifications, etc.: AS PER THE BOQ.(A)General checking and rectification as per Weekly check list of 100T Dumper/converted tanker(B)Manpower is required in two shifts(C) Work is to be performed as per attached check list(D)Manpower deployed for the subjected job as per scope of work consisting of Semi-skilled manpower should have ITI qualification, same shall be verified by First Level Check Officer, i.e. In charge Old Work Shop Dumper or his representative before award of work and issuance of Work Order failure of which will lead to cancellation of Letter of Intent. (E) Check list for weekly maintenance. (F)Demounting of Engine and its related parts of 100T Dumper/Converted tanker as per need. Considering 6 jobs in a year(G)Mounting of Engine and its related parts of 100T Dumper/Converted tanker as per need. Considering 6 jobs in a year(H) Demounting of Transmission and its related parts of 100T Dumper/Converted tanker as per need. Considering 6 jobs in a year(I)Mounting of Transmission and its related parts of 100T Dumper/Converted tanker as per need. Considering 6 jobs in a year(J) Demounting of Torque Converter and its related parts of 100T Dumper/Converted tanker as per need. Considering 6 jobs in a year(K)Mounting of Torque Converter and its related parts of 100T Dumper/Converted tanker as per need. Considering 6 jobs in a year(L)Repairing of Final Drive/Brake assembly (one side) of 100T Dumper as per need. Considering 10 Jobs in a yearNote:-Manpower deployed for subjected job as per scope of work consisting of Skilled and Semi skilled manpower should have ITI qualification. Same shall be verified. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per day : 16 Nos. (15nos semi-skilled and 01 No. Un-skilled). |
