| 8 | M & L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimensions 1000mmx1000mmx1000mm suitable for valves up to 200 mm size, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, brick work in CM 1:6, rendering in CM 1:4 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, including necessary earth work, form work and provision of MS sheet cover of thickness not less than 2.80 mm on 50 x 50 x 6.0 mm angle iron frame with locking arrangement, including painting over MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |

| 20 | Material and labour for silicone rubber overhead line/ jumper sleeve suitable for 11KV over head ACSR conductor of size 15mm dia, , highlyresistant to aging, erosion and corona, provide protection agains telectrical outages caused by incidental contact from tree branches or wildlife, at the substation protection, high temperature performance, complete to fix on jumper of two pole / 4 pole structures complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge |
| 21 | Supply and fix, commissioning and testing of outdoor type 11 KV , gang operated switch (GOD), single throw single break off load type, of current rating upto 400 Amps, nine pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes of size 25 mm bore for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanized and non ferrous heavily tinned to withstand weather and suitable for vertical mounting with fuse unit carrier of 400 Amps rating and fuse element upto 50 Amps along with rod for expulsion fuses and 3 Nos post insulators for fuses including dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable GOD switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 22 | Dismantling steel poles /struts, any size and Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 55), 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper , welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole finished with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, PCC in foundation, coping, cross arms, danger notice board and anti climbing device shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. |
