| 3 | Material and labour preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (VG - 10 grade) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10Sqm of surface complete all as complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Material and labour for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms anf finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dust and dirt etc incl draining off water if any from pot holes and applying tack coat of VG -10 grade @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping etc) depth of potholes exc 30 mm completed all as specified. |
| 6 | M & L for premix bituminious, macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG -30 laid with self propelling mechnical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 50mm) completed all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Materail and labour for premixed semi dense asphltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete after all as specifed and directed. |
| 8 | Hot thermo plastic imported road marking material strips confirming to Britsh specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm 75% spterical with indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to with stand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in width of n.exc 15cm & 2.5mm thick strip in white colour according to IRC 35-1970, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note : Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make ASIAN/STP Ltd. |
| 9 | S&F aluminium body cat eye's dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100mmx100mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31mini retroreflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with steel zinc pasted nails of dia 12 mm and of length 120mm by hammering or epoxy resign including removal of old unserviceable stud.
