S & F in repairs, installation, commissioning and 1Phase Street Light Timer Switch shall be ASTA CPRI OEM made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should be not less than 225 x 295 x 122 mm . The Polycarbonate shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66/67/69 in accordance with IEC 60529.Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of JB shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Street Light Timer Switch Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The JB Colour according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of Street Light Timer Switch Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Current Carrying Capacity upto 102Amps. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including Two Nos. 4 pole connector (Incomer & Outgoing )and one no. MCB DP 'C' curved 25 A with Digital Street Light Timer, Suitable Contractor as per MCB, Also Privided Cable Glands for all cables and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make : Cat Part :- Hensel/Siemens/GE Power/Rittal. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB

The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66/67/69 in accordance with IEC 60529.Weatherproof, UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The Junction Box with Suitable Connectors or Terminal Trip. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate.The JB Colour according to RAL 9011. The Junction Box supply as per approved make List in MES Junction Box category. For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Current Carrying Capacity upto 102Amps. Junction Box with One No MCB 6Amp SP 10KA C-Curve for Manual operate to LED Light . The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including Four Pole. connector for Cable Loop, 3 Nos PVC IP68 Suitable Glands as per Cable and Junction Box with Pole mounting clamps and nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions.Note: Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB as per above.

Supply & fixing LED street light 90 W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing , IP-65/66 protection, high power LED street light with the heat resistant thoughened glass lens and making electrical connections pvc insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor from street light to junction box complete all as specified and directed.Notes: Driver shall be potted antivibration type. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. CRI(colour Rendring Index) of fixture shall be ≥ 70. CCT (colour correlated Temp) of fixture shall be 5700K±300K. System Lumen Efficiency shall be>100 Lm/W. 10 KV separate Surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. PCB used shall be MC PCB type.
