| 7 | Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs chajjas, soffits of stairs, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, incl derusting of steel reinforcement, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (Sika RustOff-100/ Rebakleens RR of Fosroc or equivalent in Mapei/ Choksey chemicals) on the existing reinforcement bar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats. After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry . To this surfaces apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and apply renderoc SP-40 (fosroc) repair mortar ( a single component polymer modified ,fibre reinforced shrinkage controlled cementitious structural repair mortar formulated for wet spray and hand/trowel application intended for vertical , overhead infill repair to reinforced concrete , having compressive strength of not less than 45 N/mm2 and flexural strength of 7 N/mm2, drying shrinkage less than 1000 microstrain, and applying of about 15 mm thicknes and giving complete smooth and fair finish to the surface complete all as per directed. Note:- (a) The rate is inclusive for scaffolding or reqd necessary arrangement for multi-storey bldg and also including formwork and props and support as per the site requirement. |
| 8 | Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets/board fixed in aluminum door or partition, any thickness, including cover fillets & framed work if necessary complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | S&F 5mm thick ACP wall cladding sheet in colour as directed by Engr-in-charge fixed on MS frame size of section 25mmx50mmx3.25 mm. The size of each panel not exc 1.5sqm. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long all as specified and directed. The perimeter wall angle shall be 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 mm X 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. |
