Name of Work:- Construction of 3x3x1.35M Span on Khajurinalua Purbakot Road at Ch.4/430 K.m in the District of Jajpur for the year 2025-26.

1Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned within the road land and disposal of all unserviceable material including removal top 150mm in thickorganic soi away from the road land as under Clasue No.201 specification for Road and bridge work of MORT&H (5th revision) including full compensation all operations all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for finished defects fre item of work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Scarifing the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000meters etc complete
3Loosening to a depth of 150mm, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment /sub-grade as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
4Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) .
5Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to Wet Mix Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .
6Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
8Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) with100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th. Revision)
9Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.508 complete in all respect.
10Providing compacted shoulder with granular materials by using moorum of approved quality, watering and compacting with PRR to achieve the required density in OMC complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 408 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (sand and moorum admixture)
11Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications dfor Road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities,Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
12Earth work in excavation hard soil for foundation of structure as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 301 & 304 with all lead and lift including rough dressing and levelling bed as per approved drawing and technical specification and dewatering if required for the work etc complete as direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
13Plain Cement Concrete M-15 Grade in foundation bed using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section - 1700 & 2100 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).
14Reinforcement Cement Concrete M-25 grade in Foundation Raft of CD work as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).
15Reinforcement Cement Concrete M-25 grade in Sub-structure of CD work as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700 & 2200 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).
16Reinforcement Cement Concrete M-25 grade in Deck slab of C.D. Work as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700 & 2300 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).
17Bituminous Concrete in wearing coat of C.D. work as per approved drawing & technical specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700 & 2700 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).
18Supplying ,Cutting, Bending, Binding, Straightening, Placing HYSD bars confirming to grade I.S.1786-1985 (Fe-500) in CD works, retaining/toe wall and other structures as per drawing and technical specification and as per Section.900, 1000, 1600, 2100, 2200 & 2300 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
19Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abument,wing wall/return wall with 10mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing foce, complete as per drawing and Technical specification etc complete.

22Provision of an Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-40 grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH - 33022/1/94-DO III dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified

26Providing and laying of asphaltic plug joint to provide for horizontal movement of 25 mm and vertical movement of 2 mm, depth of joint varying from 75 mm to 100 mm, width varying from 500 mm to 750 mm (in traffic direction), covered with a closure plate of 200mm x 6mm of weldable structural steel conforming to IS: 2062, asphaltic plug to consist of polymer modified bitumen binder, carefully selected single size aggregate of 12.5 mm nominal size and a heat resistant foam caulking/backer rod, all as per approved drawings and specifications section Clause 2608 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works, (5th revision).
