Design and construction of RCC in M-25 Not less then 1:1:2 design mix circular over head storag tanks of various capacity 15.00 mtrs staging height at different node/ location of the schemes including site development cost of excavation in all kind of soil cost of construction material necessary arrangement of inlet outlet over flow & scour pipe along with sluice valve chamber box & other fixtures & fitting including cost of pipe & Ladder added (The design and drawing shall be got approved from competent authority before execution)

Note: The work shall be carried out as per Techanical. Specifcation attached in the NIT & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. All the surrounding shall be levelled & made good & brought in proper shape as per direction of Engineer in charge RCC structure shall be designed IS 456-2000,IS 3370 IS 1893 & other relevent IS code (b) Providing laying and jointing of inlet, out let, scour and over flow MSERW pipe 4.80 mm wall thickness conforming to IS IOS 3183 or GI pipe (MC) conforming to IS 1239(latest)dully flanged (Table-5) of appropriate diametre (refer chpter-1)complete with all necessary fitting such as Tees, Bends, Tail pieces, Flanges & valves etc subject to approved of the Engineer in charge. There shall be a by pass arrangement, flute type connection arrangement of outlet pipe with distribution main & over flow pipe connection with any suitable destribution /delivery pipe and all the pipes emanating from the tank shall be painted with appropriate coloures as per directon of the Engineer in charge (c) Providing and fixing of cast iron manhole cover conforming to IS 1726-1991 with upto date ammendments, minimum two numbers of 500 mm internal dia including frame of midium duty (d) Cast iron ventilating pipe with cowl and mosquito prov cover of sufficient length suitable for overhead tank as per standerd Engineering subject to approval of the Engineer in charge (e)All other required accessrioes/aplliances such as lighting cundutor of approved specification, bell mouth control valves (for inlet,outlet & scour arrangement )of cast iron (class PN 1.6) and water level guard (indicator)etc, Which shall be provided (f) Suitable RCC sprial stair case 90 cm wide for access upto the top of the Tank for over head tanks and MS ladders 45 cm wide shall be provided inside the reservoir from top of tank to its botom (g) The tank shall be painted with water proofing cement paints outside complete in all respect (h) There shall be 1 mtr wide gallery all around the cotainer with provision of fnecessary railing for overhead storage tanks.
