Excavation in foundations trenches etc in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work blasting and chiselling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts i/c trimming & dressing of side levelling of bed stacking the excavated soil in 15 Cm layers when required in to Plinth sides of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting timbering & dewatering where ever required complete in all respect as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, tec. For mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Wire crate made of GI wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately ) double twisted GI wire 5mm thick 15cmx15cm mesh)corresponding to SWG-6 as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.

The cement shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag,

The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work.

The GI Wire shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works.

Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant.

Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work.

Material should be used of approved quarry.

The work should be completed in the stipulated period.

The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage.

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.
