Providing precast reinforced cement concrete Drain(wet cast technology) factory made as per design and shape using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, 53 grade 53 G OPC admixtures in recommended proportions as per 15: 456-2000 and standard like Indian standard, international standards viz. Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS)/ US standard/EU standard/having strength not less than M-50 duty steam cured, using thermo mechanically treated bars (TMT/TMX) FE 500D or more conforming to I5 1786 reinforcement bar and capable of carrying a wheel load of 5.0 tones/10.0 tone axle load for heavy vehicle movement. Precast factory shall have ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 150 45001 for design, manufacturer, and dispatch of products from certified NABCB organisation. Reinforcement cage shall be fabricated in in-house automated cage making unit having necessary machines like cutting and bending for getting consistent rebar production. Product shall be manufactured using RO water for durability criteria. Precast factory shall have NABL approved Testing facility at factory locations for quality checks. NABL certificate shall be in vendor name only. Separate RO water plant and Automated Steam curing bollers of capacity as per Concrete batching plant. Manufacturer shall provide completion certificate of minium 10 km supply in any three Govt/PSU organization. Manufacturer shall have onrole Design Engineer and QC employees to ensure product quality. Last 6 month`s PF slip with degree certificates of each shall be provided. Policy letter issued by MORTH for use of Precast products in State and Central government projects shall be followed for approval any make of factory made precast concrete quality product, Chief Engineer shall approve the product make supported with above documents and plant visit by their official.a) Work Completion certificate from Central and State Govt authority. b) Work orders of completed projects with value more than Precast product value in the tender. c) Valid legal registration in India of manufacturing plant to manufacture factory made precast products. d) Equipment details with capacity and photos of in-house automated cage making unit for cutting and bending for rebar production. 1)NABL certificate in name of bidder is mandatory. MOU/Affidavit stating association with outside laboratory is not permitted. Purchase invoice of Laboratory equipment in name of bidder and PF slip of quality control engineers for last 6 months g) ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificate. h) Test certificate of Precast Box Culvert testing. i) RO water plant purchase invoice and photos to support automated concrete batching plant of minimum 200 tonnes per day 1) Automated steam curing boiler purchase invoice with capacity and photos shall be attached. Temperature log of ongoing system. .k)Last 6 month`s PF slip of Design Engineers along with degree certificates. ()List of machineries with invoices for automated cage making unitNote:-1.
