Servicing, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of higher-capacity Diesel Generator (DG) sets at various SANJY sites including Nunwan, Chandanwari, Panjtarni and other associated locations, for ensuring uninterrupted and reliable power supply during the entire Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY) 2026. The scope includes carriage of DG sets from Divisional Stores to the respective Yatra sites well before commencement of Yatra and their back-carriage after culmination of Yatra, inclusive of all to-and-fro loading, unloading, handling and positioning; providing and fixing of fresh change-over switches of suitable rating strictly as per DG capacity along with 7/16 SWG copper wire and allied materials for complete change-over arrangements; thorough servicing, testing and commissioning of DG sets under load; operation and comprehensive maintenance during the entire Yatra period including supply of fresh lubricating oil (M-Oil), consumables and routine replacements; and replacement of any major or minor mechanical or electrical component (even alternator) required to keep the DG sets fully functional and operational to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, all at no extra cost. The bidder shall, in his own interest, carry out a comprehensive pre-execution survey of all DG sets and sites to assess their condition and ascertain all requirements necessary for continuous and trouble-free operation for the entire Yatra duration, and no claim on account of ignorance of site conditions or scope shall be entertained.. The Engineer Incharge shall also ensure the following :A. Topping up new lubricating oil 15W/40 grade of approved make as per IS 13656 : 2014 B. Topping up new glycol based coolant 50/50 of approved make C. Supplying and erecting V-Belt of all types and lengths if required, adjust tension as per requirements from generator manufacturer suitable for DG set upto 100kVA D.Supplying and erecting lub oil filter element along with sealing rings, gasket etc complete suitable for DG Set upto 125 kVA. E. Supplying and erecting fuel filter along with sealing rings, gasket, primary filter and water separator etc complete suitable for DG Set upto 125 kVA. F. Supplying and erecting Air cleaner/Air filter element suitable for DG set upto 125 kVA
