903178 Total Rs. 1401955.65 Conditions: 1.All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL. 2.The quantities in BOQ are tentative and may vary up to any extent or be deleted as per the requirement at site. 3.All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPWD/UPPTCL specification. 4.Rates Quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all charges/contengencies that amy be encountered at the site.Only GST will be paid extra as applicable. 5.Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489(Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used. 6.Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerence shall be measured at actual weight. 7Performance Guarantee shall be applicable as per GO 622/23-12-2012-2 Audit/08 dt 08 June 2012.adopted by UPPTCL BOD dated 27.06.2017 8The drawing & design including architecture, services , 3D & Elevation shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and Contractor has to get it approved from the department. Nothing extra shall be payable in this regard. 9.In case of dismantling of civil structure at site, 60% brick work shall be treated as fresh brick, 30% as brick bat & 10% as debris. Fresh brick & brick bat shall be issued to contractor/ firm at prevailing/pertaining SOR. 10.The amount of scrape steel recovered from dismantling shall be shall be issued to contractor/ firm at 1/3rd of rate in prevailing/pertaining SOR. 11.Complition of the work shall be considerd after leveling dressing and cleaning of site will be done.
