Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and but excluding reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retarder for setting of concrete/improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Note- cement concrete considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately up to plinth level.

Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level. (10 mm to 12mm tor (TMT Bars).

Supply and mixing 3.5 kg and or as specified by the manufacturer hardener in tremix concrete per sqm.
