Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing of movable mild steel (MS) crowd control barricade for temple premises, fabricated out of heavy quality MS pipes, complete with welded wire mesh securely welded/fixed to the MS frame and duly stiffened with MS flats (patti) to withstand heavy crowd load and operational stresses.The barricade shall be provided with four numbers heavy-duty rubber wheels of 150 mm (6 inch) diameter, of approved make and adequate load capacity, complete with brackets, axles, nuts, bolts and locking arrangement to facilitate smooth movement, positioning and safe deployment for crowd regulation.The work shall include cutting, bending, welding by MIG process, grinding, smooth finishing and proper alignment. Surface preparation shall be carried out by sand-papering to expose bare metal surface. Applying one coat of approved epoxy primer for corrosion protection, followed by two coats of epoxy top coat or as directed to achieve required metal / antique shade finish. Final protection shall be done by applying UV-based clear lacquer coating to protect the colour and surface finish from UV rays.The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding if required, transportation, loading, unloading, erection, fixing at site and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as per relevant specifications, approved drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, suitable for crowd management and safety in temple areas.
