The work shall include drilling of necessary holes, fixing of PVC nipples/nozzles, preparing a non-shrink cement grout mix with approved 10 additives, and injecting it using a mechanical grout pump at required pressure (as per site condition and engineer's direction). After injection, all nozzles shall be sealed properly, surface shall be cleaned, and the area shall be cured adequately. The rate shall include all materials, labour, tools & tackles, seaffolding (if required), and complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 6 | OHT upto 250KL Water proofing material applying two coat of epoxy paint including joint treatment like sealing cracks and pipe penetrations and final inspection to ensure proper adhesion of water proofing material with proper water tightness including supply of all labour, cleaning and surface preparation to remove loose particles as per directions of engineer in charge. |

It should consist proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points proper down conductors of prescribed metal of proper size prescribed by ISS 2309-1969 including earthing pit as per directions of engineer in charge |

The indicator board scale made of 3mm thick M.S. plate should have a clear width of minimum 25cm painted with good Asian paint it should also consists of 3mm brass wire rope minimum 4 smooth pulleys about 8 cm dia with guides, 15cm dia copper ball float which shall be completely water tight suitable pointer of brass etc. as per directions of engineer in charge |
| 15 | Providing and writing “OHT CLEANED ON : DD / MM / YYYY, NEXT DUE ON : DD / MM / YYYY ” on the inside wall / beam of Over Head Tank (OHT) 1.5–2.0 m from floor level for easy reading using weather-resistant synthetic enamel paint, including surface cleaning, preparing background with one coat of white paint (Background area considered: 0.30 m × 0.45 m) where required, writing letters of minimum 75 mm height in black/blue colour, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Height: 75 mm (minimum)Stroke thickness: 8–10 mm |
