Supplying, installation & commissioning of Horizontal split casing centrifugal pump (make:- Jyoti /Kirloskar/ Mather & Platt/ WPIL ) capable to discharge 682 m3/hr against total head of 40 mtr. and mounted on common M.S. fabricated base plate suitable coupled with SPDP squirrel cage induction motor (make :- ABB /Kirloskar/Mather& Plate/ Crompton Greaves) operated on 415±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz, A.C. supply having speed 1460-1500 r.p.m. including cost of supplying, fitting & fixing of all required accessories such as C.I. D.F sluice valve, N.R. valve, foot valve/strainer, pressure guage, bend & flange of suitable size and suitable size and length of M.S. pipe for suction and delivery end as per requirement and testing of pump set at full load at site.

Supplying, fitting and commissioning of FASD MN -140 starter or equivalent to operate induction motor working on 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz (make L&T/ Schneider /BCH/ Havells/) suitable for upto 150 HP motor.

Dismantling of old R.C.C foundation work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stack within 15 m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead complete as per direction of E/I .

Construction of new foundation providing P.C.C. M200 with nominal mix of ( 1:1.5:3) with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of FM 2.5 to 3.0 including screening, shuttering mixing cement in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, sticking, curing with all taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. (B.C.D.-5.3.9.1) (2.30 m x 1.35 m x1.50 m) = 4.66 m3

Supplying, installation and commissioning of free standing type floor mounting industrial panel board comprising of 630 Amp copper bush bar-4 nos. in M.S. steel to 16 SWG sheet of housing and consisting of 630 amp TPN MCCB-1 no. as incoming feeder 400 Amp. TP MCCB-2 nos. (1W+1S) as outgoing feeder with ampere meter with selector switch -3 nos., 0-500 V meters -1 no., CT coil, phase indicator and ON/OFF indicating lamp, single phase preventer, 63 Amp MCB-01 no. and 32 Amp switch fuse unit-1 no. for internal and external light load and doing internal connection with copper wire etc as required and testing on full load. Make any reputed ISI mark.

Supplying and laying of 70 sq. mm 3 core PVC insulated and unarmoured 1.1 KV grade copper cable with ISI mark including cable socket fitting from panel board to FASD starter and FASD starter to induction motor. Make:- Pollycab/KEI/any reputed ISI mark.

Supplying all materials labour, tools and tackles for making chemical earthing station by doing new earth pit, masonry work and supplying 3\\" dia G.I. pipe, copper earth plate (600 mm x600 mm x6mm) salt, charcoal etc. as per IE rule.

Cost towards providing & fixing 25x6 mm G.I. strip 0.5 mtr. below ground as strip earth electrode including soldering from earthing point to motor and control panel.
