Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors walls under 20 cmt wide and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (AE resideance and tyhpe-Il qtr Chajja)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to paster in patches of 2.50 sqm and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtrs with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surfaces smooth including necessasry repair to scratches complete

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping tnd other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incluidng necessasry repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivlent on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete

Removing old paint from steel and other metal surfaces and making the surface even and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
