Scientific cleaning & sterilization of water storage tanks, Underground Reserviors and sumps:- The job involves 6 stage scientific cleaning and strilization process consisting of Mechanical Dewatering, high pressure cleaning, sludge removal, vacuume cleaning, anitibacterial spray and finally killing of suspended & floating bacteria by Ultra violetradiation as detailed below:-Dewatering of Tanks Underground Reserviors and sumps:- The water from the storage tanks Should be pumped out of tanks through Mechanical Dewatering pump of suitabe capacity.Exterior Cleaning:- The roof top, manholes and external walls of the water storage tanks should becleaned thoroughly for any traces of dirt, mud and algae present in the close visinity.High Pressure Interior Cleaning:- The interior of the water storage tanks, Underground Reserviors and sumps should be cleaned with high pressure jet which dislodges the layers of dirt and other suspended foreign bodies which may be sticking on the walls. This process will remove the layer of calcination of dirt if any so as to make the interior free of any germ or bacteria. the interiors icluding the floor, walls and top ceiling of the over head tanks.Suldge Removal:- The dirty water and sluge collected in the previous operation should be removed using industrail sludge pumped and disposed off properly, away to a safer place so as not to contaminate the water. The floor of the water storage tanks, Underground Reserviors and sumps should be again cleaned thoroughly using high pressure jet stream so as to remove all the remaining dirt which may be sticking on the floor even after the removal of sludge slurry.Drying of Tanks:- the water storage tanks, Underground Reserviors and sumps should be then dried using Industrial Vacuume dryer of suitable capacity.Antibacterial Spraying:- The inside walls, ceiling and floor of the Water Storage Tanks, Underground Reserviors and sumps should be then given the Antibacterial Treatment which should ensure all interior walls, ceiling and floor surfaceof the water storage tank totally Germs free.Sterlization Using Ultra Violet Radiation:- Finally, UV Radiator should be used to ensure the complete wipe out of any bacterial traces which may still be present even after the completion of above process by giving Ultra Violet Treatment on all Interior Surfaces
