6mm Celling plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) cement & fine sand in F.M. not less than 1.25, 1:3 including chiping of RCC surface before ceiling plaster. The cost of including all material, labour T&P and scafolding etc. complete.

Providing and Applying white cement based putty average thickness of 1 mm of approved brand over the plasterd wall surface.as per Chap-15 S.I. no-SOR no. 13.80

4.00 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, aproved coare sand and 2 cm graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8 cm thick base concrete consisting of cement, local sand and brick ballast 4 cm gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lappign mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. R.C.C Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1½:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B,W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary cretering & shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire cost being included in the items. As per Sor Chapt No. 5 SI No. 284 NS

Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforcement brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including benefit for proper completion fo the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lappign and hooks.
