Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) on the granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulision pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225kg per sqm(Zero point two seven five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications section 503 including carriage of material within all leads,lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer- in -Charge including all leads, Lifts and other incidentials The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.

Providing and laying 30mm(Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120(One hundred to One hundred twenty)TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading II using crushed aggregate 13.2mm to 10mm(Thirteen decimal two Ten millimetre -30%(Thirty Percent),10.0mm to 5mm(Ten millimetre to Five Millimetre- 25%(precent),5mm & below-43 %(five Millimetre and below(forty three present) to nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder Vg-10 (Viscosity grade ten)at the rate of 5.5(five decimalFive percent of mix weight and using cement contents asfiller with quantity not less then 2%(two percent) by weight of total aggregate as per design mix transport to site laid with Censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (Eight to ten) tonne capacity for intial break down rolling and vibratery roller 8-10 (Eight to to ten) capacity or pneumetic type Roller of 12-15(Tweleve to Fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of at least 0.56(Zero decimal five six) MPa for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8(Six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTh technical specifications section 500 as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge including all leads, Lifts and other incidentials The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time.
