Section-I : Construction of Pedestal for Installation of 2000 lit capacity PVC tank. Supplying of P.V.C. water storage tank of approved quality with closed top with lid (Black)-Multilayer 2000 litre capacity at different polling station.

Supplying fitting fixing 25 mm DIA Schedule 80 (medium duty) PVC pipe of 1.5 mtr length with all necessary fittings for fixing 02 nos 15 mm dia PTMT bib cock including labour charges for punching hole in each PVC tank as directed by EIC.

Construction of 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.75 (ht.) mtr size pedestal with 1.6 x1.2 mtr platform as per approved drawing for installation of 01 no 2000 lit capacity PVC water storage tank including earthwork in excavation , sand filling, SBFS, 250mm thick flyash brickwork in cement mortar (1:6), flush pointing in whole unit in (1:4) cement mortar and construction of temporary well decorated pandel for covering the whole unit as directed by EIC .

Section-II: Carrying of water by hired vehicle Carrying of water by hired vehicle (truck) equipt with Two PVC water storage tank of 2000 litre capacity from nearest CWR/ Reservoir etc of Departmental water supply scheme to different booths. Rate includes hire charges of vehicle, including wages of driver & cleaner but excluding cost of diesel, lubricant, and labour charges etc.

Extra charges for cost of diesel & lubricant etc as per actual consumption of vehicle log sheet . i) Diesel- (consumption @ 6km/ltr) Approx. Total Distance coverage by Vehicle = 10 days @ 200 km/day =2000 km i.e., Consumption of diesel @ 6 km/ltr =2000 /6 km/ltr =333.33 ltr

ii) Lubricant-(consumption @ 500 km/ltr) Approx. Total Distance coverage by Vehicle=2000 km i.e., Consumption of lubricant @ 500 km/ltr = 2000 km /500 km/ltr = 4 ltr

Hire and labour charges for filling water into PVC storage tanks at lifting point and unloading at destination Rate includes hire charges of 1.00/1.50 HP capacity diesel pump set with allied equipments i.e. suction pipe, Delivery pipe as per required length, foot valve, fuel of pumping machineries but excluding hire charges of vehicle.

Operation & maintenance and guarding arrangement round the clock by engaging plumber , helper to plumber and night guard for smooth operation for supply drinking water as directed by EIC.

Carriage of Pipe, specials, valves, cement, rod etc. Departmental materials for maintenance work only from Departmental Store including loading & unloading and back carriage (if any) to the Department store.a) By truck/ Tractor Total nos of PVC tank=20 Nos. Considering 02 nos. Tank per Trip = 20 Nos./2 Nos./Trip = 10 Trip Back Carriage= 10 Trip Total=20 Trip
