3.1 Repair Rewinding of Submersible motor includes full servicing and rewinding (wherever required) as per manufacturers specification and to the satisfaction of Engineer In charge. It includes the replacement of minor parts such as bushes (oil seal bush) Nut Bolts, washers, cable seal, gland ring, vent plug, water drain plug, etc. complete job 3.1.3 Above 5HP to 7.5 HP V-6

2.1 Unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes with depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, transportation of pump set from tube well site to store as direction, receiving repaired / new pump set from store/ divisional store , testing the same, transportation to site and lowering back into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes, specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. The job also includes cable jointing, checking of discharge of pump set, interconnection of lowering pipe from nearby distribution pipe line, checking of starter and reporting for completion of Job or fault/problem if any. (Upto 20 Km distance run by lowering machine) 2.1.1 For three Phase pump set 2.1.1.4 Add above item 1.1 for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run.

Labour charges for removing electric fault in wiring / making connection through lugs (with the help of cramping tool) of motor pump set with starter at headworks of water supply scheme/Tubewell/ openwell including cost of insulation tape etc..

Labour charges for replacement of defective ampere meter / volt meter with new one on existing panel board in pump house./Tubewell /openwell (new voltmeter/ampere meter will be provided by department

6.3 Labour charges for repairing of starter at site including opening and reassembling of starter with labour charges for replacing of defective parts with new one at site.(Parts will be supplied by Depatment) 6.3.1 5 to 15 HP
