Providng and installation o shunt capacitrs for maintaining & to avoid shunt capacitor surcharge on SIP connections which includes maintaining and improvement of power factor and arrangement with installation of required capacity of shunt capacitors in panels i.e. of minimum KVAR capacity equivalent to 50% of the rated capacity of motors in HP or to improve monthly average power factor to 0.95 and connect them to the existing installation on rent basis. For SIP connection power factor should be maintained to more than the desired limit of 0.90 and shunt capacitor surcharges to be avoided as per scope of work
