A. Scanning:1 Indexing of cadastral map (All sheets to be indexed)2 Scanning of cadastral map in tiff format.3 Check print on 90 GSM paper print with 100% matching on 1:1 scale output4 Final Print on 180 micron polyester matt film sheet. (As per the size of Source Map)B. Digitization: (The Vectorization of Village/Chack maps provided by competent authority using suitable s/w. Digitisation of maps may be done from the output of A) 1 Administrative boundaries of a Village/ Chack boundary with name of village/Chack/ Tehsil/ District.2 Parcel boundaries with Khasra No. as mentioned in the map, (line length of every polygon as available in the map).3 All features in different layers as available in Village/Chack maps.4 Updation of maps due to transactions.5 Merged Village/Chack map by mosaicking all Village/Chack sheets/Village/Chack maps and provide shape and other required files on Hard Disk and print on A0 size paper.6 Database of digitized data (Shape & Other files as per requirements) in postgreys / SQL7 Help & Support to NIC in Integration of Map Data (Spatial Data) with RoR (Land Record Textual Data) on their software.8 Printing of each Village/Chack maps sheet on 90 GSM paper print sheet, on 1:1 Scale output.9 Printing of each final Village/Chack maps sheet. (4 copies) on 180 micron Polyester matt film on 1:1 Scale output. (In 24 X 36 inches paper size and 20 X 30 inches work area)C. GIS and GEO Referencing: 1 Geo-Referencing of Scanned Maps, Vector Sheets and Seamless Mosaicking.2 The existing cadastral maps of the area georeferencing with respect to the satellite images/GCP to assign it real world coordinates.3 Geo-Referencing of individual Village/Chack maintaining accuracy of 99% to 100%4 Generate seamless data adjoining Village/Chack overlaid over the satellite images in the editable environment. 5 Extracting the spatial attributes of the map, such as plot boundaries, ownership details, and other relevant information.6 Integration the GIS-Ready cadastral map with existing GIS system or databases for further analysis and management.
