Providing and installing of Cured -in - Placed - Pipe (CIPP) lining, using Hot water curing of resin impregnated felt having minimum thickness 32 mm, as per the design duly vetted from IIT Delhi/ WRC London/ NIT Kurukshetra, Rehabilitation of existing pipeline by CIPP Structural lining method [CIPP liner should be made with felt (Tube) of make- insituform/ Applied felt/ Roders and resin of make- Scottbadder/ AOC/ Reichhold] including site survey, plugging and flow diversion, desilting, cleaning of pipe line, inspection by laser-profiler based CCTV, Repair of defects, pre lining measurement, designing , site preparatory works , installation of resin impregnated liner , curing of liner using hot water stream recirculation, post lining CCTV survey and post line measurement, rehabilitation of manhole, testing & commissioning of CIPP liner; and restoration of roads & surfaces, all inclusive as per item No.3.2.1 of IndSTT (IndSTT 201-2018: Code of Practice for cured in place pipe Technique suiting Indian Conditions).The item is including the Pre and Post consultancy of the work alongwith third party testing /inspection, as decided by the competent authority.Size (Egg-shape size) 38” x 57” (48”)950mm x 1425mm (1200mm)

Desilting and cleaning of existing sewer lines using super sucker machine and taking out debris/ silt etc. including safe disposal at appropriate disposal zone including cost of all consumables diesel, oil, water etc. provision for diversion of sewer if required with the help of sewerage pumps and plugging in manholes, power backup from Gen.sets for running of pumps and night lights etc. barricades display of sign boards, manpower to carry out the entire operation along with all safety equipment’s.
