SCOPE OF WORK: 1. To carry out periodic/scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire system as per the check sheet and OEM recommendations in each equipment, minimum once in a month.2. Attend and rectify minor breakdown/ repair if any within 24 hrs. of complaint.3. Assist in planning and procurement of spares for maintenance, repair and stocking at our end.Details of work:1. Periodic/ scheduled inspection and maintenance: Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team con-sisting of one system specialist with a technician in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations in each equipment, once in a month.2. Refrigerant & compressor oil filling: This includes:a. Leakage test with nitrogen at every joint by means of applying soap solution.b. Vacuum testing/formation in the system by means of vacuum pumpc. Compressor oil filling as per requirement of systemd. Refrigerant charging (R-134A) with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut offs.e. Ensuring proper cooling within the operator cabin.f. In addition to this, refrigerant top up will be taken care for proper cooling of the operator cabin, whenever required.Technical Specification.01 Capacity of Air conditioner System is 2 Ton02 Oil Filiing 300 ML/Filling03 Gas Charging with R-134a 2 Kg

EXC-3144(20834) working at NCL Jhingurda Project for the period of 01 year/ 12 months/ 365 Days considering periodical/ Schedule maintenance inclusive of manpower, tool, transportation, refrigerant and its charging and compressor oil & its filling.
