| 1 | Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. |
| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in in foundation and plinth. |
| 3 | Providing & laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1½ sand:3graded stone agregate of 20mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcemenr for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts. |
| 4 | Foundations , footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work complete in all respect. |
| 5 | Walls any thikness but not less that 0.10 Mtrs thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation (level) upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect. |
| 6 | Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, beams and girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect. |
| 7 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering and propping etc. Height of propping and cetering below supporting floor to seiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removel of th same for the same for in situ reinforcement concrete and plain concrete concrete work including all leads and lifts. |

| 9 | Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. Upto 200mm in thickness including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all leads and lifts. |
| 10 | Edge of slab including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | Providing and placing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads & lifts as per the direction & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing MS man hole cover of size 600 x 600 mm made up of 3.15 mm thick plain MS sheet fixed in angle iron frame frame of 50x50x5mm supported with MS flat of 50x5mm at center of sheet including fising hold fast ,hinges and locking arrangement and lock of medium size etc complete in all respects. |
| 13 | Providing, fixing, jointing and testing of GMS tubes light grades of following dia meter for inlet, outlet & scouring etc. complete fitting with tees and other accessories as per JSV specification within all leads and lifts and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. |

| 17 | Providing and fixing double flanged Cast Iron Sluice valve of follwing dia PN-1.6 of Leader/Kirloskar/Kilburn/Kartar/all approved make conforming to as per IS: 14846-2000 with MS flanges IS: 6392-1971 with hand wheel (and other accessories) with upto amendment as per class PN-1.6 to with standing nominal seat pressure of 10.00 Kg/cm2 flange table-5 including welding of MS flange in two layer i/c carriage in all leads & lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
