Name of Work:- Restoration of Rain damages to WSS Govt. Engineering collage Kotla in G.P. Jeori in Tehsil R ur Distt.Shimla (HP). (SH:Dismentalling ,Relaying jointing with circumferential butt welding of API/MSERW pipes 100 mm dia at RDs 12300 to 12670. )

Excavation in foundation trenches etc.(for pipes & pits upto all depth) in earth work in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil , blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/ hard rock including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grades including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required, stacking the serviceable/unserviceable materials/soil separately and after laying and jointing of pipes, returning the usable soil in trenches in 15 CM layers including consolidation of each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then dispositng of all surplus excavated soil, useable materials as directed within all leads/lifts including restoration of metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentalling of old gms tubes from trenches etc. (excluding earth work) complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of engineer -in-charge. Per entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Re-Laying, jointing & testing of API/MSREW pipe as per IS:3183-2007 API-5L, Gr.X-60. in trenches of below mentioned diameter in a radam length of 5-6 mtr. and jointed with alter every 100 meter joints with flanged welds & remaining other Circumferencial Butt Welded joints by electrical are welding to required dia MSERW Pipe welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
