Operation & maintenance of the pumping machinery, rising main, gravity main/distribution system of the scheme for a period of 6 months. O&M includes the regular i.e daily supplying of designed/required quantity of potable water having water quality as per CPHEEO mannual of water supply to the beneficiaries of the scheme and maintenance of the main lines, gravity lines, rising main and entire distribution system. Regular maintenance of all the facilities i/c cleaning, washing, oil and greasing minor repairs of pumping machinery, pipe lines, valves and electrical, mechanical equipments, regular cleaning of all structures like storage tanks, pump house and other civil structure and disposal of same as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, fixing/repairing, leakage in structure, pipe lines pumping machinery etc. Removal of all kind of slips, slush, up rooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc. growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean planting and maintaining plants/ flowers/ tree around the pump house, storage tanks sump well etc. All the operation shll be carried out as per the latest JSV specification and departmental norms, direction issued by Engineer-in-charge from time to time.
