Designing,Constructing,Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Over head Tank of 40000 litre capacity with 10.00 meter staging height from ground level to bottom of DOME slab including excavation in foundation in all kind of soil. Including PCC (1.:3:6) in foundation and M:30 in bottom slab/raft,walls,Column and beams and RCC M:25 in roof slab /dome with provision of inspection path around the dome ,RCC spiral 1.00 eide stair case /M.S stair case i/c M.S Pipe railing as per IS specification with in all allied Civil work such as c/o chamber for valves ,refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts,. The job also includes providing lowering ,laying,erecting ,hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet,outlet,overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangment consisting of GI/MS Pipes sepecial and valves of required classes and dia. and all other accessories required such as MS Ladders inside and outside ,CI cowl type ventilator ,SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangements water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulicaly tested for water tightness ,All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves ,bulk meter /flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
