| 1 | M&L for periodic inspection/ Servicing of 2 Ton capacity 02 Nos EOT Crane of any make installed at different building/location in Airforce Station Sarsawa, making the crane in fully serviceable condition complete all as specified & directed as under:-(A) LONG TRAVERSE MOTION-(i) Checking gear box oil level , checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new gear box oil upto required level.(ii) Checking function of all LT Brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working including replacement of worn out parts if any.(iii) Checking of LT Wheels for any abnormal sound and checking mounting and fixing arrangement.(iv) Checking of grase in geared coupling and tightening of nut and bolts etc.(v) Checking of LT Motion cut-off at the extreme ends of bay length with L.T limit switches(vi) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tightening of nut and bolts.(vii) Checking of terminal connections of all LT motors and tightening properly including replacing burnt / overheated cable ends if any. |

| 3 | (C) HOIST MOTION(i) Checking gear box oil level , checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new gear box oil upto required level.(ii) Checking function of all Hoist Brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working including replacement of worn out parts if any.(iii) Checking of Equalizing pully / rope drum for any abnormal sound and checking mounting and fixing arrangement.(iv) Checking of grase in geared coupling and tightening of nut and bolts etc.(v) Checking of Hoist Motion cut-off at the extreme ends of up and down with rotary geared limit switches(vi) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tightening of nut and bolts.(vii) Checking of terminal connections of Hoist motors and tightening properly including replacing burnt / overheated cable ends if any. |
| 4 | (D) ELECTRICALS(i) Checking and tightening all electric connection(ii) Checking the contactors/ relays etc for overheating or flashing.(iii) Cleaning off all connection and control cables.(iv) Properly bunching the loose control cable.(v) Checking functioning of cable carriers. |
| 5 | (E) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL(i) Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/ over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions, of the LT/CT/ Hoist motion push buttons and lights switch including reassembling the unit completeNotes:- 1. Gear box oil shall be measured and paid separately.2.Contractor's rep will visit once in 03 months, check and inspect every crane and on occurance of any fault during contract period take servicibility certificate duly signed by the users and MES Rep. 3. The inspection and serviceing work shall be carried out by contractor through any vender having minimum 05 years experiance of similar work in any state/central govt department approved by GE. |

Notes: (i) The work shall be executed through any vender having minimum 05 years experiance of similar work in any state/central govt department. (ii) The contractor rep will visit site once in every month and on occurence of any fault during contract period take serviceability certificate from Users and MES rep. |
| 38 | Comprehensive maintence, testing/Servicing and repair including preventive and periodical maint with renewals and replacement of defective parts of all existing fire alarm system complete & 100 % servicing of fire alarm panel, smoke/heat detector/response indicator, Hooters, Manual call points complete including checking, cleaning of fire detector by removing dust or dirt, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit if any, checking the connection of battaries, specific gravity of electrolyte, the alarm function control panel and indicating eqpts be checked by the operation of trigger device in each zone as described the system installed at following Bldgs of Sarsawa AF Station. Notes: (i) The work shall be executed through any vender having minimum 05 years experiance of similar work in any state/central govt department.
