| 6 | S & F 2nd class hardwood, glazed and skelton shutter, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc, divided into square with plain, chamfered or rounded mitered and rebated sash bars, edges of framing plane, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glass, gauze etc, size of member of shutters as specified in SSR Part -I, section 8, class 8.24(a) (Door shutter), supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | S & F, IInd class hardwood 35mm thick Plain, framed,panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for fixed in repairs, IInd class Hard wood plain fillets squares, rectangular or triangular in section, wrought, secured with screws, sectional area exc 13 Sqcm and not exc 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M&L for 18-19mm thick block boards, grade - I quality, exterior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on both sides with external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick alround fixed with screws to timber frame work for cuboard self or shutters etc, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | S&F for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per spcification & drawing etc, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | S&F factory Made solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet with Free EPS shall be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, as per specification & drawing for SI No.8080 on ser page No.156 in SSR-2020 (Pt-II), complete all as specified and directed.
