| 4 | M&L for Cleaned the surface by using vacuum and ensure the surface is free from laitance, loose or friable materials, debris etc. Ensure the substrate has properly cured and the concrete is profile free, no ridges or troughs. Surface profile of CSP 4 or CSP 5 is preferred substrate. If concrete surface found to be defective with pinholes, bug roles, honeycombs etc., it must be repaired using scratch coat prepare by mixing Aquaseal primer and 4 mm down silica sand at ratio of 1:1 by weight. Apply the scratch coat by using suitable spatula/squeeze to get level surface for the upcoming primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for Angle Fillets/Vata/Coving must provide at size of 50 x 50 mm on all vertical upstands & junctions /corners with cement sand Polymer modified mortar all around the periphery. Alternatively, all vertical up-stands and junctions, wall floor joints, mechanical installation shall be treated with Joint Tape as recommend in technical data sheet and Mechanical installations complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for the following:-(a) Clean the identified crack and remove drilling dust before placing the nozzle. Seal and pack the nozzle with fast setting Instant Leak Plug compound. Injection of cement slurry admixed with admixture by using 40PSI grout pump. plasticizing grout additive the product is to be dispensed in water & added to 50 kg of cement at a water cement ratio of 0.4-0 – 0.45. The mixture thus batched is to be used for injection grouting. admixture shall have a bulk density of 0.7-0.8 gm/cc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.(b) Providing & applying of High Solid Content, Cold Liquid- Applied Elastomeric Water Proofing Membrane using Brush/ roller / airless spray. Application includes mixing & application of Aquaseal primer using suitable brush/roller coverage @ 150- 200 ml/m2, allow the primer to become tack free approx. for 3-4 hrs depending upon ambient temperature followed by application to form a minimum system thickness of 1.5mm in three coats with a total consumption is 2.5Kg/m². Allow the membrane to air cure for 7 days before any activity over it. The PU membrane shall be terminated 300mm above FFL. The Waterproofing material shall have Solids > 85%, Tensile strength > 2 MPa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 400% as per ASTM C 1305, crack bridging up to 3.2mm, Shore A Hardness > 50 as per ASTM D 2240, Adhesion to concrete > 1.5Mpa as per ASTM D 903, Water vapor permeability > 14gm / m2 / day complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.Make: Ms Asian Paints Ltd/ Ms Berger Paints India Ltd/ Ms STP Ltd/ Ms Sika India Pvt Ltd/ Ms Pidilite Industries Ltd |
| 7 | M&L for Providing & Laying more than 100 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) membrane with a min of 100mm wide overlap loosely laid over membrane, etc., complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for Providing & laying minimum 70mm THK at drainage point protective concrete screed of M20 grade of average 100 mm THK with slope 1:100 reinforced with Poly propylene fibre @ 0.9 kg / per Cu.m. After the application of screed, provide control joints by using a saw cutting machine attached with a 3 mm blade within 18-24 hrs. of application of screed and fill the same with PU sealant after 28 days of curing. The panel size for providing joints should be up to max 15 sq.mt. Finishing. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. |
| 9 | M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course over RCC slab to bring the desired slope up to six stories of bldg, using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. |
