Sub Estimate :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils.

Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20cm to 30cm. breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard Proctor density for a lead of over 50m. to 300m. inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

Providing supplying operating of Super Sucker 8 hrs shift cleaning machine 9000 IR with required manpower & fuel for the period as & when asked for by MIDC Engineer Incharge for underground drainage system. The Super Sucker system shall consists of vehicle mounted super sucker machine mounted on 25 GVW chasses & dump tank on 16 GVW chassis with adequate trained manpower with fuel, oil, repairs & maintainance for trouble free operations Technical specifications 1) Vehical mounted super sucker macine mounted on 25 GVW. 2) Vehicle mounted dump tank on mounted on 16 GVW CHASSIS,3) Vaccum pump 4000 cum/hrFAD 80 % max vaccum4)High pressure jetting pump with 260 LPM capasity &pressure 140 bar 5)high pressure jetting hose 3000 PSI,25 mm dia,120 m length 6)Suction hose with quick couplers -30 m.. Payment to be made performance based on hourly basis converting hours in shift of 8 hrs.Item rate includes cost of vehicle. fuel,vehicle service, men, operators,drivers,saftey equipments insurance of all workers, all taxes etc complete.
