| 8 | Carriage of Materials :- Safe Loading, Carriage and Unloading of 145kV VCB (SIEMENS make, along with all auxiliaries) from 132kV SS DASNA to 220kV SS HYBRID HAPUR in appropriate size transportation vehicle.Work Includes safe loading and Unloading through Hydra/Crane at the site of loading and unloading and safe carriage as per satisfaction of JE/SDO 220kV HYBRID HAPUR. Approximate Distance 15km. |
| 9 | Safe Loading, Carriage and Unloading of 20 Nos. 145kV BUS Post Insulator from 220kV RC Green SS,ETD-II NOIDA to 220kV SS HYBRID HAPUR in appropriate size transportation vehicle.Work Includes safe loading and Unloading through Hydra/Crane at the site of loading and unloading and safe carriage as per satisfaction of JE/SDO 220kV HYBRID HAPUR Approximate Distance 50km |
| 10 | Fabrication of following structures :- Fabrication of 3 Nos. BCT, Structure by cutting, welding, etc. from old and aborted tower parts (which shall be provided by department) and erection of such made structure. All the skilled manpower and T&P shall be arranged by contractor at its own cost. |
| 11 | Fabrication of 2 Nos. BBL, Structure by cutting, welding, etc. from old and aborted tower parts (which shall be provided by department) and erection of such made structure. All the skilled manpower and T&P shall be arranged by contractor at its own cost. |
| 12 | Fabrication of 1 No. BTI, Structure by cutting, welding, etc. from old and aborted tower parts (which shall be provided by department) and erection of such made structure. All the skilled manpower and T&P shall be arranged by contractor at its own cost. |
| 13 | Erection of following equipment’s on their structures for construction of new 145kV LV AIS Bay for 160MVA TFR 2nd as per their installation manual or JE/SDO supervision. | 19 | Cutting, Strengthening, Laying of 50mm x 6mm & 75mm x 10 mm MS flats for earthing new erected Aux. Structures, Equipment. Work includes welding with main earthmat and with the object to be earthed, excavation of trenches to accommodate flats, its back filling and completion of Earthing job satisfactorily as per departmental standards. (i) Earthing of Aux. Structure and equipment’s with 50 mm x 6 mm MS flat. |
