| 1 | Routine operation and monitoring of 07 Nos. 160 KVA, 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz Diesel Generator Sets on all working days, Sundays, and holidays, in all shifts, to ensure restoration of power supply in case of failure of the electricity department’s supply. The work includes checking and maintaining fuel level, lube oil level (topping up if required), coolant water level, cleaning of DG sets and surrounding areas, cleaning of batteries by wiping with a damp cloth as and when required, attending to minor leakages, maintaining log books, collecting and compiling operational data, and performing all other related duties as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 4 | Supplying of High Speed Diesel (HSD) oil required for the operation of existing 160 KVA Diesel Generator Sets, including filling, storage, handling, and transportation from the nearest authorized POL outlet to the site, on “as and when required” basis, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Supplying of Lubricating Oil (Grade 15W/40) required for the operation of existing 160 KVA Diesel Generator Sets, including filling, storage, handling, and transportation from the nearest authorized POL outlet to the site, on “as and when required” basis, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Attending minor routine maintenance works of the existing 01 No. 160 KVA, 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz Diesel Generator installed at Archives Building, SVP, with the assistance of operational staff as mentioned in Item No. (1). The work includes routine maintenance of the generator and its engine control panel, self-starter, charging alternator, fuel system, radiator, and ensuring all electrical terminations are properly tightened to prevent arcing or overheating. It also includes rectification of minor defects, replacement of switchgear, and other associated works as required to keep the system in proper working condition on “as and when required” basis, complete with necessary labour and tools, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supplying and replacement of spares such as lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, air cleaner, air filet primary, air filter saftey, Distliied water, and coolant, fuel water seperator including checking of all fuel lines, hoses, and complete electrical wiring system, as required for carrying out preventive maintenance (“B” Check) and testing of the 160 KVA, 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz Diesel Generator Set (Make: Ashok Leyland) installed at Archives Building, SVP, at full load and or at the instanteneous load condition to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete as directed.
