| 1 | Fabrication, Supplying, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 12 metre long Polygon high mast with 12 telescopic sections (12 side polygon) , - Top 100 mm and Bottom (310 -360 ) mm dia having, (minimum overlap distance of 1.5 times of topsection) thickness as per BSEN 10025 grades 355 JO/ASTM A572-50 , steel sheet plate for shaft suitable to withstand a wind velocity of (45-50)m/s as per IS 875 part 3(as per GA Drawing). Base plate as per IS 2062/ASTM A572-50. The mast shall be Galvanized in single Hot-dip as per BSEN ISO 1461/ASTM A123 with an average65- 70 microns as per IS 2629, and welded as per BS 5135 Single L-Seam joint . The mast shall have internal power tool , motorised,(Suitable reversible geared motor operating on 230/415V, 50Hz,), mounted at the base compartment for raising and lowering of the lantern carriage.(Complete job including all accessories). The bottom shaft of mast must have door having locking arrangement. The mast shall have galvanized lantern carriage way ( suitable dia with max load carrying capacity as per IS 1239 ) suitable for carrying 6 Nos flood lights and its control box ( excluding cost of lights ). The mast shall be erected on the new ly constructed RCC footing. The mast shall be supplied with 3 mm thick template, lightning arrester (lightning finial) of 1.2m length galvanized pipe with top arrow fitted on top of the head frame cover and GLS type aviation twin obstruction light. | 2 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of energy-efficient LED flood light of 200 Watt, suitable for installation on 12 metre high mast, having die-cast aluminium housing, toughened glass cover, IP-66 ingress protection, power factor ≥ 0.95, THD ≤ 10%, minimum luminous efficacy 120 lumens/Watt, CRI ≥ 70, correlated colour temperature 5700K (cool daylight), integral constant-current LED driver, and surge protection device of minimum 10 kV. The luminaire shall be LM-80 compliant LED package and TM-21 compliant lumen maintenance, ensuring minimum L70 life of 50,000 burning hours. | 3 | Supply and fixing of Galvanised foundation / holding-down bolts ( J Type , EN8Grade as IS 1367) for 12 metre long high mast, as per approved drawings, manufactured from guaranteed performance high tensile steel, complete with nuts, washers and lock nuts, duly hot-dip galvanized in accordance with relevant IS specifications. The item includes supply of precision-fabricated steel template for correct positioning of bolts, fixing, alignment and levelling, protection of exposed threads, and all incidental works required to complete the installation, complete as required |
| 4 | Casting of suitable shallow raft foundation, as given in the drawing using specified grade of RCC M 20 considering a safe soil bearing capacity of site as 10T / sq m at 2 meter depth ; including the cost of centering , shuttering , etc. Provision shall also be made for cable entry at the bottom of the pole. (as per Drwaing) |
| 5 | Providing of earthing using G.I plate earthing ( 2'x2') and G.I strip risers along with associated material as per I.S standards to the high mast. |
| 6 | S.I.T & C of dust vermin and weather / flame proof out door compartmentalized feeder pillar of suitable size made of 14 SWG M.S. sheet complete with the following:- 63 A TPN MCB incomer,single dial time switch (24 hour Electronic timer ), Heavy duty godown lock, Termination of incoming/outgoing cables with suitable sizes of ferrules & compression gland, 45 A contactor for automatic switching on and off luminaries, 9 A two contactors and raise, lower push buttons for motor operation.
