| 3 | M&L for cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6(40 mm graded aggregate) as in post hole and all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | S & F mild steel rolled section as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting,etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. |
| 5 | S&F for framed work in doors, or gates of angle or other section with gusst plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings. Doors etc. also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Supply &Fixing chain link fencing 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm*100mm mesh made up into matreeses and cages, lappd wire and laid in position including closing after filling fixed in repair including surface dressing/cleaning/trimming of surfaces and removing all vegetation bushes/small tress and removing out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | S&F MS round bars of 10mm dia cut to length placed/fixed horizontal for chain link fencing including necessary hooking at ends complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grth and width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Demolition of Brick work including all quoains and arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | M&L for fly ash Brick work using modular size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks curved on plan with mean radius not exc 6m with bricks roughly cut to radius or bricks with wedge shaped joints built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in as in PCC bends along chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 14 | M&L for Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer inclding complete removal of existing treatment and prepration of OLD /NEW surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
