* Removal of eroded white metel from the journal bearing Housing. * Non destructive testing of bearing housing for cracks, Pitting and cavitation * Surface preparation of housing for white metel deposition tendum make of grade 90 * Fabrication and assembling customized mould for white metal pouring and deposition at relevent temprature and other requiste condition * Removal of mould and then assembling of bearing housing for circumferential diameter across the lenght * Machining of white metel surfae writhing/tolerance * Non destructive testing of white metel surface. * Oil grooves/Oil slots preparation with help of vertical ramp milling machine * Final machining and polishing of white metal surface and achivement of dimensiol as required.
