The material should have no electrostatic charge and should be Zero Volatile organic compound (VOC), weather proof, advanced anti-algae and fungal resistance, excellent dirt pickup resistance and should be applied in two or more top coats over exterior acrylic based primer made for anti carbonation paint coat of approved brand and manufacture to achieve even shade and colour, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications, IRC-80 and to give an even shade or in a pattern of different colour / shades as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate comprises of all additional expenditure on account of steel plate of size (50mmx50mmx0.25mm thick) per 10Sqm area and contingencies, including deployment of Hydraulic Boom Lifts / Sky Lifts, Airless Spray Machine System & safety PPE etc. (a) Primer for anticarbonation paint 0.68 ltr per 10 sqm minimum used (b) Anticarbonation paint 3.15 ltr per 10 sqm.1) The entire painting/coating process to be executed through qualified applicators having the experience of equal or larger size of similar work in PWD or other department for or similar projects.2) The contractor has to use modern technology of painting i.e. Airless Spray Painting for better adhesion of coating with concrete surface and the smooth finish for good aesthetic looks.3) The contractor has to use boom lifts for working at all heights. (Use of scaffolding and ladders is prohibited).Note- Minimum dry film thickness after two coats shall be 200 microns.4) Work shall be executed only authorized/manufacturer applicator.5) Full quantity of the approved material shall be supplied as per theoretical quantity before execution of work with GST paid original bills.
