| 21 | Surface Preparation: RCC surfaces must be clean, even, and sound. Remove all oil, dirt, laitance, protrusions (by light grinding), and other contaminants manually to attain a fairly smooth surface, on terrace up to 15 m height, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 22 | Providing and fixing PVC packers 12 mm dia in RCC floor slab / RCC diaphragm wall with Sika Monotop 108 WP or Fosroc Rendroc Plug Instant Mortar (or equivalent), including drilling holes in RCC floor slab / diaphragm wall, cleaning the holes, and injecting cementitious grout through packers in the proportion recommended by the applicator/manufacturer into cracks/honeycomb areas of concrete/ masonry using suitable gun/pump at required pressure. Work also includes cutting the packers after completion of grouting and flushing with concrete/ mortar. (Cement and admixtures consumed shall be paid as separate items), on terrace up to 15 m height, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 23 | Supplying and applying plasticised expanding grout admixture in mother concrete of roof up to 15 m height, using cementitious grouts Cebex 100 of Fosroc or equivalent, having chloride content – nil as per BS:5075, with typical unrestrained expansion up to 4% in general. The admixture shall be mixed at 225 g per 50 kg of cement, as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed. Providing and fixing of nozzles shall be paid separately. Payment shall be made for the quantity of cement consumed, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.. |
| 24 | Drilling and fixing NRV injection packers @ 500 mm c/c in RC members for Epoxy or PU Injection including, drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendations/ requirements, cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Insert 12 mm dia., 50-75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based putty or equivalent. Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. |
| 25 | Supplying and applying , in mother concrete of roof with low viscous epoxy grout Conbextra EP 10 of Fosroc or equivalent having density 1050 kg/m3,Compressive Strength(ASTM D695)-80 N/mm2,Tensile Strength(ASTM C 304-97)-20 N/mm2,Flexural strength(BS 6319 Part 4)-40 N/mm2. Pressure grouting shall be done at required pressure etc.shall complete as directed by EIC. Providing and fixing of nozzles shall be paid separately. Payment shall be made on actual grout consumed. |
| 26 | Crack Sealing: Supplying and applying Renderoc CS or equivalent Crack Sealer as pproved by Engineer-in-charge after making \\"V\\" groove along length of crack of approximately 6mm x 6mm including cleaning and removing all loose particles, dust etc by using water jet, filling, finishing, curing all complete. Renderoc CS shall be mixed with water adopting w/p ratio0.36 by weight or a mix porportion of 1 part of water to 2.5 - 3.0 parts of Renderoc CS, by volume. Thorough mixing shall be carried out till a smooth, homogenous paste is obtained. |

| 31 | Waterproofing coat : Providing and applying single component, flexible, liquid applied UV and weather resistant, acrylic modified polyurethane (PU) waterproofing membrane Fosroc Brushbond Roofguard Premium with high reflective properties or equivalent etc. including all labour, material (unless otherwise specified in BOQ/contract specification), equipment, transportation, handling, curing, sampling, testing etc at all level as per specification complete as per drawing, specifications and as per direction of engineer in charge. The waterproofing membrane must have following properties :-(i) Tensile strength > 2.0 MPa according to ASTM D412(ii) Elongation at break ≥ 250% according to ASTM D412(iii) The liquid membrane must be resistant to growth of algae and fungi and have SRI more than 100 according to green building requirements.(iv). Crack Bridging of minimum 2mm as per ASTM C1305The waterproofing membrane must be applied in 3 coats applied at consumption of 0.5Ltr/Sqm each coat. Place glass fibre mess 50GSM over the 1st coat immediadely in wet condition of 1st coat. Allow the first coat to dry (normally 1-5 hours depending on the climatic conditions), then proceed with the application of the second coat. The second coat of Brushbond Roofguard Premium should be applied at 90° to the previous one. in similar manner, the third coat of Brushbond Roofguard Premium should be applied at 90° to the second coat. The total sum of three (03) coats should be minimum 1mm DFT. The Brushbond Roofguard Premium membrane must be cured for at least 72 hours prior to a flood test.
