| 1 | Material and labour for taking down Window type air conditioner of any type/make/capacity after disconnecting all electric connection from site (either in ground / any floor), transporting to work site if required, cleaning of air filter, front panel, suction grill, De-dusting of coupler unit, checking electrical connection, cleaning the condenser, brush cleaning the whole unit with electric blower, cleaning with water, descaling with non corrosive acid on both side of cooling coil and components, identifying the fault/ trouble in the unit and their redressal, reassembling and refixing the covers and making electrical connections, installation the machine in same position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Repair/Replacement of the component required shall be paid under relevant item of schedule here-in-after). (Note:- For Sl No 1 - 112, if any complain not rectified within 24 hrs with user's satisfactory working report penalty of Rs 500 per defect per day shall be recovered from the contractor in FB) |

| 12 | M & L Gas Charging and Repairs to window AC of unit 1.5/2 T capacities after checking the system, testing the cooling and performance, setting the thermostat, flushing the oil and refrigerent with pressure, leak testing of the system, identifying the leakage in the unit, rectification of leakage, including brazing of joints leakages in the copper tubes, capiliary etc, pressure testing of the system, putting the system on vacuum charging of suitable refrigerent(R-22 or 134a or any other) and non freezing oil achieving desired cooling. Testing the equipment for cut OFF and ON after desired cooling complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-In -Charge.(Note- Refrigerant will be issued under respective Item of this Schedule) |
| 13 | Material and labour for shifting of window type AC of any capacity and make after taking down of all electrical connection, closing existing window AC alocation with brick/PCC work and carrying it to the new location and cutting the existing window including additions/alterations to make suitable opening for fixing including welding/wood work as per site requirement to match with adjoining/existing surfaces and Refixing the window type air conditioner to the new altered location and making electrical connections, installation testing, commissioning and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | Material and labour for taking down split type air conditioner of any type/make/capacity after disconnecting all electric connection from site (either in ground / any floor), transporting to work site if required, cleaning of air filter, display, PCB, de-dusting of complete indoor/outer unit, washing condensor unit with suitable water spray jet, checking electrical connection, brush cleaning the whole unit with electric blower, cleaning with water, decaling with non corrosive acid on both side of cooling coil and components, identifying fault/ trouble in the Indoor and Outdoor unit and their rectification/ redressal, rewiring, grasing of movable part for getting trouble free servicing, refixing the covers and making electrical connections, installation the machine in same position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Repair/Replacement of the component required shall be paid under relevant item of schedule here-in-after) |
