Maintenance of Garden daily in all respects like removal of weeds, removal of debris in and around the plants, shifting debris to a suitable place immediately so as to keep and maintain the area neat and clean through out the year , including watering the plants, putting gravel & organic manure, trimming the plants, edge cutting, cutting and clearing the grass, bushes, shrubs, vegetation etc., by manual or mechanical means for the entire area through out the year etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, machineries, tools & plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The payments on account of upward revision or escalation or increase in minimum wages of labours shall be paid by the Port. Note: The contractor should deploy minimum 6 (six) Number of labours daily, out of which 2 numbers shall be male labours. The contractor shall have minimum two numbers of grass cutting machine at all times at site.

Maintenance of plants planted in the trough daily in Cruise lounge and its premises in all respects like removal of weeds, removal of debris and carrying debris to suitable places immediately so as to keep the area neat and clean, including watering the plants, trimming the plants, edge cutting, putting gravel & organic manure etc., as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete. The Contractor has to submit suitable methodology for the execution of work along with list of number of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. (The contractor should deploy 1 (One) Number of labour daily)
