Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and lift upto1.5m. All kinds of soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level- 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all leads and lifts of material as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. pressed butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete 100x58x1.90 mm as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete: 250x16 mm as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
