Automation of Pump sets (Auto on & off) to avoid dry running of 60 HP pump sets and to avoid overflow for the 300 Cum. GLRs at Dhadem pumping station. System includes real time cloud based data monitoring software designed through the integration of smart hydrostatic pressure sensor and programmed microcontroller for pump operation & monitoring, viewed over specially developed mobile application on android and on PC through server.

Installation and commisioning of 250mm Dia. Motorised actuated valve at inlet of Dhadem pumping station.

Automation of Valve (Auto Open & Close) via rotary motorised actuator to avoid overflow of GLR and to provide ease of operation using the same sensor provided.

Provision of battery back up to ensure actuator running during power outage. Technology: Lithium phosphate/Lithium Ion Charging time 2 – 4 hours Cycle Life: More than than 2000 times

Designing, programming, installation, testing and commissioning as per site conditions, a Solar based remote smart hydrostatic pressure sensor system at Guddemol OHR ,which includes real time cloud based data monitoring software designed through the integration of smart hydrostatic pressure sensor and programmed microcontroller for water level monitoring, viewed over specially developed mobile application on android and on PC through server.
