| 7 | S&F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make. Complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | S&F for 0.80mm thick, Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings(length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as specified. |
| 9 | Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M & L for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8(20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finishing the concrete surface even and rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed. |
