| 2 | M&L for preventive maintenance/ servicing (Bi-Annual) cleaning of air filters, evaporator/condenser coils, blower fans, and drain pans using chemical wash/high-pressure air. Check refrigerant levels, gas leak test, motor greasing/oiling, electrical connections tightening, capacitor/thermostat testing, checking/removing any leakage & vibration in the window type AC of capacity 1/1.5/2 TR any make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended/completed within 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues after intimation by rep of E/M sub div through telephonic/digital/ written complaints.(iv) Maintain logbook with unit no, date, complaints, with JE signatures after completion of wk.(v) All the parts included in this CA are paid separately under respective items of this schedule. |
