| 2 | Labour charges for dismantling carefully the existing ceiling /partitions with AC sheets, Plywood / Hardboard /wood etc and stacking them for reuse as per deptl.instructions. |
| 3 | Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions. |
| 4 | Chipping and removing mosaic flooring/ Wall /Floor tiles/ skirting in the halls and other areas very carefully without damaging the remaining portions and water supply items and removing the debris to places pointed out by the department. |
| 5 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |
| 6 | Painting one coat of priming coat on plastered surface (interior) with approved quality cement primer after cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour etc. |
| 7 | Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour specified over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning the surface well. |
| 8 | Painting with synthetic enamel paint using approved quality paint as specified one coat (over a priming coat already done and paid separately) for wood work/iron work after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials and labour. |
| 9 | Painting with synthetic enamel paint for each succeeding coat for woodwork/ ironwork including cost of all materials and labour. |
| 10 | Providing and laying glazed vitrified floor tiles(GVT) with approved brand and size 1200x600mm or nearest available size (thickness to be specified by manufacturerer with water absorption lessthan 0.08% and cofirming to IS 15622 and fixing floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhessive(Water based)confirming to IS 15477 in average 3mm thickness and grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joint of 3mm width using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardner and 0.20kg of resin per kg), including filling/grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing vitrified floor tiles with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for skirting (height 10cm) to walls over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm with adequate joint spacing of 3mm followed by grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, excluding cost of cement. |
| 12 | Providing and laying with approved brand rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st qualityconforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in suitable colours laid cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. with adequate joint spacing of 3mm followed by grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge |
| 13 | Supplying and fxing stainless steel(SS 316)mosquito proof net to suit the existing door/window/Ventilator frames with suitable powder coated aluminium frame work, fixing arrangements, including lockjing facility etc complete as per instruction of Engineer- in-charge |
| 14 | Applying touch wood or equivalent two coats to wood work after sand papering and cleaning the surface well and applying wood filler at all heights. |
| 15 | Collecting , Conveying and disposal spoil earth, debris, dismantled or waste materials by manual/ mechanical means,including loading, transporting , unloading to approved areas for filling, spreading in layers as per directions of Eng-in-charge . (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries & from stack).-For an average lead of 2 KM. |
